St. Florian's Cathedral

Our team completed a project for one of the parishes in the Łódź Archdiocese, with just under a thousand parishioners. The church, now a historical monument, was originally built in the early 16th century.
We conducted a comprehensive scan of the entire church structure. Using the point cloud data we gathered, we were able to create up-to-date architectural documentation, including detailed floor plans, cross-sections, and elevation drawings.
This documentation was crucial for the parish's application for funding from the Minister of Culture under the National Heritage and Monument Protection Program. The grant they received will support the renovation and reconstruction of the wooden floor in the presbytery and a portion of the main nave.
Our work not only provided valuable architectural insights but also played a key role in helping this small parish secure the resources needed to preserve their historic place of worship. This project showcased our ability to blend cutting-edge scanning technology with the preservation of centuries-old architectural heritage.
